We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to lead our external marketing presence through tradeshows, sponsorships, and conferences. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of event-related activities, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement with our target audiences.
You will also oversee a range of marketing projectsincluding promotional videos, photoshoots, and various design deliverablescollaborating across teams to bring our brand to life in every medium. You will work closely with product divisions, sales teams, regional offices and other organizational functions in a global organization.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute the companys participation in tradeshows, conferences, company and industry events from end to end (booth logistics, collateral, staffing).
Develop pre- and post-event communication plans to drive attendance and engagement.
Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships related to your projects.
Partner with internal stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and deliver various marketing and design projects (presentations, collateral etc.).
Work with creative agencies to manage design and production of collateral
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of events, providing insights for future improvements.
Ensure brand consistency across all external touchpoints.
Work in tight collaboration with the corporate marketing team, to ensure alignment of plans, messaging, collateral and branding.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Marketing Communications related roles in an international organization, preferably B2B hi-tech
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to work with every level in the organization as well as external vendors
Very strong project and process management skills
Experience overseeing design and production of a variety of promotional assets
Successfully collaborating with multiple interfaces, managing through influence and driving to execution
Proactive and flexible, working well in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment, able to work independently with minimal oversight, as well as in a team environment
English Proficiency
BA/BS- a must, MBA an advantage.
