The Senior supply chain leader is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of our global contract manufacturing sites (IL and US), including E2E planning, manufacturing prioritization, internal development production (Lab), with a strong focus on managing third-party contract manufacturing (CM) and global relationships. This role ensures operational excellence, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all operational aspects including E2E planning (e.g - demand planning, supply planning, internal lab activities, production)
* Oversee contract manufacturing partners: performance management, cost efficiencies, and production planning
* This role will be a key partner to the sales teams, to ensure the demand process delivers an agreed and workable sales forecast, identifying incremental demand, ensuring gaps and overlaps are addressed, different scenarios being evaluated, and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
* Design and implement strategies and BI tools to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing partners
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams
* Identify and mitigate operational risks, bottlenecks, and supply disruptions
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
* Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and reporting metrics
* Support new product launches and scale-up activities with CMs
* Evaluate and onboard new manufacturing partners as needed

The FP&A Team Leader- Inventory finance control will oversee the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role ensures that inventory processes align with financial planning goals and company objectives, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. The Team Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and manage a small team of inventory analysts to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and development.
* Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts to support FP&A objectives.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
* Incorporate inventory metrics into financial reports, analysis and budgets.
* Monitor and report on key inventory metrics (e.g., turnover rates, aging stock, and stock valuation).
* Manage inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock management.
* Leverage technology and tools to improve inventory management efficiency.
* Work closely with procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow

* Inventory planning of the Company's Finished goods worldwide
* Planning and control of Finished goods shipments from factories to global hubs to customers
* Coordinating between supply chain teams and the sales & Support teams
* Analyzing the inventory reports
* Create and present reports to the Company's management
* Define BI and other IS tools

* Work with Finance department to resolve invoice, credit and pricing issues.
* Track and monitor customers agreement and incentive plans.
* Issue weekly reports, reflecting order status & financial aspects.
* Ensure an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies.
* Improve processes, build KPI’s and lead automation.
* Frequent communication with worldwide SolarEdge interfaces: customers, operations, planning and sales managers

* End-to-end responsibility on shipments - from FCST to delivery (finished goods, Raw materials, Machines, and more)
* Compliance verification - review of shipping documents, ensuring correct data and routings.
* Creates & maintains a Forecast of volume, freight cost & duties
* Identify and solve shipping operational problems & issues
* Ensure efficiency in deliveries in terms of cost and utilization
* Monitor customs payments via the customs portals, verify compliance with the HTS code, and duty rates
