Are you our next Office Administrator? We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our fast-growing Global Fin-Tech company in Herzliya. Thrive in our dynamic and international environment by providing essential administrative support.
Your Role:
Provide ongoing administrative support to all employees and management at the front desk.
Interact daily with suppliers, including supermarkets, couriers, printers, cellular providers, and car park services.
Host guests and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain office facilities and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Support company events, as well as HR and training departments as needed.
Provide support and backup to the executive assistant team as required.
Requirements: Your Skills:
You have previous experience in administration and service-oriented positions.
You have the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
You have great interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and can easily adjust to evolving business needs at short notice.
You have high-level English proficiency.
You have full knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Gmail.
You have experience working in a global environment (an advantage).
Youre a natural organizer with attention to detail, being precise and thorough.
Youre a team player.
You communicate accurately, politely, and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, in Hebrew and English, with all levels.
