What youll do:

Lead Process Evolution Through Change:

Drive standardization and scalability in project delivery, while maintaining flexibility for client-specific needs.

Oversee Day-to-Day Production:
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing guidance on project execution, prioritization, and client management.
Take overall accountability for the successful execution of projects, ensuring flawless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Act as the escalation point for project risks, blockers, and critical decisions.
