As a Project Manager on the BizOps team, you will be the driving force behind strategic, cross-functional initiatives that help the business scale effectively. Youll lead projects end-to-end, coordinate across teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment with company priorities. This role requires strong ownership, exceptional communication, and sharp problem-solving skills to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.

What Youll Do:
Lead the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across departments, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery
Identify inefficiencies across the organization and implement streamlined, scalable solutions
Track and operationalize the companys OKRs, follow up on action items, and ensure teams stay focused on what matters most
Tackle ambiguous or complex challenges, break them down into actionable steps, and help teams move forward
Build and share clear updates, decks, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned
Create and manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Partner with teams across the company to analyze data and support effective decision-making
Contribute to the companys operating rhythm by supporting OKRs, planning cycles, and key business rituals alongside the rest of the BizOps team.

Skilled at synthesizing complex ideas into clear updates, plans, and presentations
Required Experience:
3+ years in project management, business operations, or consulting roles, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
