The Area Security Manager supports the Regional Security Manager with delivery and oversight of the day-to-day security operations at multiple sites across multiple locations in a highly ambiguous and dynamically fluid environment. Were looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Development Manager to join our Corporate Development team. You'll support the entire life-cycle of an M&A process, from strategic rationale development, deal flow management, opportunity sourcing to mobile game due diligence. Youll also help expand our acquisition activities and play a key role in selecting strategic partnerships across the company.
Responsibilities:
Build a smooth pipeline with high quality targets.
Create decks and prepare pitches to present to potential M&A companies that tell success story along with case studies, why they should merge with us and common services we offer.
Present to higher management different types of genres and targets that we would like to acquire.
Analyze market trends and come up with an M&A strategy.
Work closely with the internal team to execute potential deals, map the industry and find the right opportunities.
Look for new areas in which we can invest in and grow.
Initiate the M&A process and pave the way to acquire new game studios.
Establish relationships with relevant industry contacts (Investment Bankers, CorpDev peers).
Attend conferences to meet new potential candidates and build our reputation as a lead acquirer in the mobile games industry.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a Corporate Development/Business Development/Sales/M&A role.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Expertise in PowerPoint
Experience in the mobile games or ad-tech industry
Fluent English - speaking, reading and writing

We are looking for a Director of Consumer Apps to join and lead one of the largest business lines in the company.
A key leadership role within with ownership of one of the largest business lines in the company. Manage the impactful consumer business vertical, responsible for driving strategic direction, operational execution, and profitability.
The individual in this role will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L accountability, and ensure that products and services meet the evolving market demands.
This role requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the consumer and ad-tech industry, an analytical and product mindset, and an ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
What you will do:
Own the Consumer Business Line P&L, ensuring profitability and alignment with company-wide financial goals.
Become a focal point and foster collaboration and alignment across heterogenic teams - R&D, data, product, media acquisition, and BI
Meticulously analyze data to monitor KPIs, financial performance to hit targets and recenter efforts direction.
Help create and oversee multiple concurrent tests on monetization, acquisition, and product experiences.
Oversee the end-to-end process of taking features and initiatives into production.
Manage internal processes and ensure they drive the business line forward.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Ad-tech, B2C, or consumer apps within the online advertising space.
Proven track record of driving significant MM$ incremental business growth
Experience managing business epics, P&L, and B2C products
Strong track record experience in managing direct reports or matrix management
In-depth B2C product & growth understanding - user flows, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) best practices.
Strong understanding of B2C mechanics - CAC, LTV forecasting, churn analysis etc..
Proven expertise in data analysis, data dissection, interpretation, and reporting.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to work closely with engineering and data teams.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration, and delegation skills.
Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills. Written and oral.
