We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper
to join our growing finance team for a full-time position.
The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.
Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
- Review and record employees reimbursement expenses (including travel
expense reports).
- End of month accounts reconciliations for books closing
- Ongoing reconciliation includes closing entries and cut-off accounts.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Working closely with the CFO
Requirements: Requirements:
- Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge a must - Type 3 is an
advantage.
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience from a Hi-Tech or multi-national company
Must.
- High-level English (both spoken and written).
- Experience working with Hashavshevet software an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in payroll preparation - an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
