We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Controller to join our Group Finance team in Haifa.

The successful candidate will report to the Group Head of Finance, will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, local tax submissions, and regulations. On-going cooperation, monitoring budget VS.

Responsibilities:
● Drive the Group periodic financial statement (monthly, quarterly and annual) close process, implement controls, monitor changes, oversee the close execution globally.
● Lead and be the finance focal point for the establishment of new subsidiaries (taxation, ERP, training for new service providers, monthly reporting package, etc.)
● Headquarter ad hoc tasks on deep accounting, taxes, and projects
● In charge of the external audit work, review of Audited Financial Statements, Tax Calculations and Non-Audit Reports.
● Monitor the compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and tax filings
● Work closely with subsidiaries, provide support and guidelines to the local finance teams
● Work closely and become a business partner of other units in the organization which affect financial reporting
● Oversee and review the financial data, AP, GL maintenance, Capex, reconciliations, allocation, FX gain/loss etc.
● Manage day to day analyses and management reporting, ensure proper internal controls.
● Prepare and analyze variances of budget vs. actual and set action plans to provide meaningful feedback
● Develop relationships with global teams.
● Overseeing the Group payroll process and ensuring the correct treatment and payment of all salaries, employee and employer obligations and the submission of all relevant forms to the authorities and the employees.
● Active player in the ERP (NetSuite) implementation
● In charge of the external audit work, review of Audited Financial Statements, Tax Calculations and Non-Audit Reports.

Imagry is looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance Department. The role will report to the CFO and be responsible for the accounting operations of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as being the right-hand of the CFO. Duties include maintaining accurate financial records, preparation of financial reports, maintaining the budget, and a implementing a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. This role combines accounting knowledge and experience with strong business skills to support the CFO in a fast-growing environment. Responsibilities
* Ownership of the books
* Oversee bookkeeping and payroll accountant
* Prepare reports (monthly internal reports and annual audited)
* Filing of tax returns
* Maintain the overall budget
* Build P&Ls for proposals
* Prepare salary of global employees (either with a PEO or EOR)
* Report to the IIA
* Coordinate activities of external auditors

The Global Cost Analyst provides an extensive support to R&D, Procurement and Operations leaders in order to help drive cost reduction and improvement in the short and long term.

Your role:

Single point of contact for integral landed cost calculations (Actual, forecast) for both mature and new products of the CT/AMI global portfolio.

Partner with R&D, Procurement and Operations leaders in order to help drive cost reduction and improvement in short and longer term.

Key role in validating and tracking BOM savings and their translations the BU P&L.

Consult and optimize strategies to improve landed costs across the different sites and product lines.

Periodically present landed costs results, forecasts, high/low lights to upper management.

Manage all related product data bases (Different SAP systems/databases ZDVC, ZFFP, etc).

Serve as Factory Cost Price (FCP/FSP) expert for BU with internal (BU) and external (our key markets, finance Center of excellence) parties on iCoS and related productivity.

Support with Month-End Close, Forecasts, and Annual Budgeting entries and analysis to support Operations & BU.

Working together with Operations for analysis of absorption with understanding of key drivers.
