Join us as a Client Success Manager in a full-time position where you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients.
We are a cybersecurity and fraud investigation firm that assists individuals and organizations affected by online scams and financial fraud. Our work combines investigative research, digital intelligence, and case analysis to help clients understand what happened and explore potential next steps.
In this role, you will guide new inquiries through the early stages of our process, ensure clients receive consistent attention, and help maintain strong relationships throughout their engagement with the company.
You will work closely with clients during what is often a stressful situation, helping them navigate the process with clarity and professionalism while coordinating internally to ensure smooth case handling.
Requirements: Native English speaker (required) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with clients
Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, customer success, account management, or a similar role
Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship management
Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Organized and comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
Able to coordinate internally to ensure leads and client cases move smoothly through each stage
Collaborative approach when working with internal teams
Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities
