we are looking for a Product Sales Specialist.
As a Product Sales Specialist focused on new products and emerging use cases, you'll help bring growing portfolio to EMEA merchants, and help shape where it goes next. You'll sell across our newer solutions, spot use cases and verticals where can add value, and turn early merchant conversations into repeatable plays for the wider team. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product and Marketing, and you'll be comfortable selling things that are still taking shape. Your bonus will be tied to a quota for newer products.
What You'll be Doing:
Drive deal progression for newer products on opportunities sourced by Account Executives and Account Managers, across new logos and the existing EMEA merchant base.
Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to uncover merchant needs beyond core fraud decisioning, and lead the product-specific portions of the sales cycle.
Identify and qualify emerging use cases and new verticals, then help define the positioning, ideal customer profile and value story for each.
Deliver tailored demos and answer detailed questions from prospective and existing merchants across Fraud, Payments, Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Finance.
Design and run proofs of value and pilots for new products, defining success criteria up front and turning results into a path to contract and a reference story.
Work as a close partner to Product and Engineering, bringing structured merchant feedback and market requirements that influence the roadmap.
Turn early wins into repeatable assets, including talk tracks, discovery guides, ROI frameworks and case studies, so the wider go-to-market team can scale them.
Stay current on expanding portfolio, the broader payments, fraud and risk landscape, and the competitors in each new market.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing commercial role such as Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or Product Specialist, ideally in ecommerce, payments, fraud or risk.
A track record of selling new or early-stage products, or of opening a new market, segment or use case.
Ability to build a business case and sell value to multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, data flows and ecommerce architecture credibly, and willingness to go deeper quickly.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts clear and persuasive for non-technical audiences.
An entrepreneurial, curious mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, asking good questions and managing several merchant engagements at once.
Based in the Tel Aviv, with willingness to travel for merchant meetings required.
This position is open to all candidates.
