As part of our companys Information Systems department, youll lead a team of professional developers and QA engineers working on interesting and complex Salesforce CPQ projects that deliver business value, develop trusting relationships with stakeholders, and adapt to changing project constraints.
In addition, youll design and build AI-powered solutions, AI agents, and workflow automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other core teams.
This role blends AI solution engineering with CRM expertise, requiring both strong managerial skills and technical depth.
About The Role:
Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce CPQ projects.
Work, collaborate, and monitor external vendor deliveries.
Lead, define, and prioritize business functional requirements.
Youll design and develop AI-powered experiences that transform and affect our stakeholders.
Implement advanced prompt and agent design patterns (structured outputs, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation).
You will work closely with various technical and non-technical members of different company's departments
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI Platform teams to extend AI Gateway with new actions and integrations.
Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Security to capture requirements and deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years as a team leader.
Experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce development.
Proficiency in SOQL and working with Salesforce API.
Comfortable working in no-code/low-code environments and experimenting with JavaScript to extend functionality.
Experience working in an Agile methodology and integrating with external systems.
Experience as a Business Applications Developer, AI Developer, or in a technical, automation, AI-focused role with strong hands-on experience.
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and how to connect AI models to real business use cases.
Experience with APIs and web-hooks, and know how to connect systems to create automated, end-to-end workflows. Familiarity with Workato is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-learn and rapidly prototype solutions.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
