The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles in Israel.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to enhance sourcing efforts.
Foster relationships with potential candidates and promote the companys employer brand.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the Hi-Tech sector - A must.
Proven experience of sourcing candidates in Israel.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
