abra is looking for an experienced Software Team Leader to lead a technology team within the shipping industry. The candidate will manage a development team and work closely with various departments within the organization as well as external clients. This is a managerial role that requires creativity, initiative, and a systemic mindset, with a focus on technological solutions in the data and BI domains. Responsibilities include:
* Managing and leading a technology development team, optimizing processes, and solving technical issues
* Collaborating with different departments in the organization and with external clients
* Developing and leading the BI platform within the data domain, utilizing Power Platform (PP)
* Creating technological solutions that bridge the business needs of the organization with technological innovation
* Upgrading, automating, and optimizing processes while maintaining system stability and high performance
* Focusing on creating smart and modular processes, not necessarily a hands-on role
* Partnering in building new and advanced solutions with a broad business perspective
Requirements: * Managerial experience and leading a tech team, including process optimization and problem-solving
* Experience working with Power Platform (PP) and the ability to lead BI development within the platform
* Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technological solutions
* Ability to work with various organizational levels and manage relationships with external clients
* Technological and innovative vision with an understanding of the shipping industry
* Ability to lead a tech team and manage processes, not necessarily a hands-on role
* Ability to work in flexible teams with a problem-solving orientation
