Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales Director or Regional Sales Manager, including customer follow-ups, preparing daily sales quotes, and responding to customer online inquiries.
Being part of the Sales Operations team, including entering the orders into the CRM system, interfacing with all relevant departments such as Finance, Production, Projects, and Logistics, follow-up on collections, , issuing invoices, and monitoring project closure.

About the position
The Marketing Manager is an international role, managing our marketing strategy, budget, brand, and campaigns across several European markets. We are seeking an innovative synthesis researcher to join our materials team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, synthesis, optimization and characterization of organic polymers and small molecules, as well as organic and inorganic nanoparticles. This position requires hands-on experience in laboratory and wet chemistry development, in a supportive and dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Design, synthesize, and develop organic polymers, small molecules, and nanoparticles for advanced material applications.
Optimize syntheses processes to improve efficiency, yield, and material properties, as well as stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Characterize synthesized materials using techniques such as SEM, TEM, XRD, DLS, GPC, NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and rheology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate synthesized materials into new product development.
Analyze, document, and present experimental results, providing insights for further development.
Stay updated on the latest developments in polymer and nanoparticles synthesis to drive innovation.

As a CTC, you will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. Support audit readiness by ensuring files are reviewed according to the schedule detailed in the organization's SOP and department guidance document. Provide administrative support for site activation activities. Aid the development of the critical path for site activation within assigned projects in support of rapid site activations.

A day in the Life:
According to the specific role (Central or Local), coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial(s) activities as detailed on the task matrix.
Performs department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews as assigned, and documents findings in appropriate system(s).

Analyzes and reconciles study metrics and findings reports. Assists with clarification and resolution of findings related to site documentation.

Assists with study-specific translation materials and translation QC upon request.
Maintains knowledge of and understands SOPs, client SOPs/directives, and current regulatory guidelines as applicable to services provided.
Where applicable, conducts on-site feasibility visits (APAC only).
