We are hiring a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our global Marketing team.
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Orchestrate, execute and analyze integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels that drive lead generation and revenue growth to meet business goals and objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business unit leadership, sales, and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with marketing and management tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce, GoTo Webinar, Monday, etc
Work with reporting to identify insights and quickly adjust strategy based on data-driven analysis.
Experiment with new channels, tactics, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
Have a strong voice in communicating and asking questions internally and externally in order to improve our messaging, approach, and overall ability to successfully reach our target audience.
Project manage deliverables with internal teams and external vendors, overseeing operational aspects of the campaign workflow including timelines and content development.
Develop and manage the campaign budget based on initial objectives and ROI expectations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and analyze program results, measure program success, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
Effectively communicate the campaign results to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign development and management.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Understanding of B2B marketing attribution and strong ability to utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnels, with a track record of building digital marketing campaigns across various stages of the buyers journey.
Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals, calculate ROI, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities on complex projects and collaborate with cross functional teams.
