We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Demand Operations Manager to oversee video advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including and our partner platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign setup, ad trafficking, optimization, and issue resolution.

Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution - Must
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets - Must
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Must
Basic hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or native advertising networks
Understanding of core performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
Strong communication skills and fluent English
High motivation to learn and grow in performance marketing
Experience with native advertising platforms such as Taboola or Outbrain
Exposure to creative testing or performance-oriented ad copywriting
Familiarity with performance marketing or traffic-driven business models
Experience working in an AdTech or performance-focused environment
