Role responsibilities:
Collecting data and information from various land and property databases.
Conducting field surveys to gather on-site information.
Producing and regularly updating reports.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, improving, and maintaining new and existing solutions to help users retrieve data effectively.
What am I going to do?:

* Build and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
* Transform and model data models, design the schemas, and maintain the data layers within the data warehouse using dbt
* Manage the data warehouses to support analytical reporting and Real-Time needs.
* Develop, optimize, and manage database entities.
* Translate business requirements into data model implementations.
* Ensure data accuracy and enforce governance policies through data quality checks and validations.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data Engineers, Business Analysts, Products, and RND, to gather and understand data requirements and implement development in order to support their data needs
* Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance data processes and capabilities.
* Coordinate and deliver data development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting quality standards.
* Identify and resolve data -related issues and discrepancies. Provide support for data incidents and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the data filed
* Suggest design, product, and process changes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
