The Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketing Services business analyst reviews and evaluates business systems, processes, and requirements to design, implement, and enhance marketing automation systems that meet overall client business objectives.
The business analyst is responsible for leading workshops, overseeing configuration of the system, and managing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. He/she can lead a workstream for large projects and guide the work of the supporting team.
The BA should act as a strategic advisor to help clients get the most value out of their marketing automation system and their consulting engagement.
Responsibilities:

As an Engagement Manager, you will report to the Director of Engagement Management on the Professional Services team. Your main goals are to work with the sales team to position services value, introduce implementation best practices, and support closing the license sale while setting up the customer for success. RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is ideal for a Dental technician to join our Global Tier 3 Clinical Application Support team. This role involves analysis and troubleshoot dental scanning issues, supporting and train our customers on dental clinic approach and work with our internal teams in R&D, V&V, Operation and Marketing to improve our Dental interface with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Working with a global Tier 3 support team in resolving clinical application issues related to dental scanning
Troubleshoot and analysis of customer-reported problems, document findings in ticketing systems

Micro-Architecture & RTL: Design and implement high-quality, power-efficient RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog) from block-level to sub-system levels.
