BTB is searching for a Social media Manager who can turn posts into viral sensations and conversations into thriving communities. If you live and breathe social media, we want you on our team!
What Youll Be Doing:
Manage all our organic social media channels: facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
Fully manage, film, and edit our podcast - You will also step in as the host/interviewer, bringing engaging financial conversations to life.
Create captivating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
Edit video and audio content to a premium, professional standard.
Write original content that drives brand awareness, attracts new customers, and builds a community that sticks around.
Collaborate with all departments in the company: R D, HR, Sales, Customer Support, and more.
Requirements: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media management - Mandatory.
Video Audio Production: Proven experience in video shooting, high-level editing (Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut Pro), and working with Green Screen technology - Mandatory.
On-Camera Charisma: Comfortable being the face/voice of content, including hosting and interviewing - Mandatory.
Copywriting: Exceptional marketing and content writing skills in both Hebrew and English - Mandatory.
Graphic Design: Hands-on skills in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) - Mandatory.
Fintech/Finance Familiarity: Knowledge of the finance sector - Significant Advantage.
AI Tools: Familiarity with leading AI tools for content creation and editing - Advantage.
Location: Tel Aviv, 2 minutes walk from Hashalom train station.
Full-time, Sunday to Thursday.
