As a member of Ops. Engineering, in your role as Manufacturing Engineering TL you will be responsible for production line engineering of one or more Stratasys systems.

The position is located in Kiryat Gat site, IL.

As part of this role you will:
Manage a team of 3 engineers.
Build engineering workplans based on clear KPIs.
Provide engineering support at system level for multidisciplinary products
Define machines integration process, improvements and maintenance
Control products' ECO processes and implementation.
Implement new product revisions and escort new developed products to the production floor.
Monitor, interact, report and provide support to the production line.
Analyze quality issues and manage remedial activities to enable production line continuity.
Lead 2nd source & cost saving activities from engineering aspects.
Manage sub-contractors for assembly lines and mechanical/ electromechanical parts manufacturing.
Control TK activities for system building/subunits local and overseas.
Be responsible for timelines and deliverables in order to meet products goals in aspect of DFX objectives.
Coordinate and participates with local CPE and NPI teams on design for production activities.
Support the Production line on an on-going basis including escalations management.
Responsible for editing Production file, Production documentation, BOMs, jigs and tools design.
Generate/gather necessary documentation for new products production.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DFT Lead to take a central role in shaping the DFT implementation for the companys next-generation SoC. As the DFT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of testing methodologies to ensure the functionality, reliability, and manufacturability of integrated circuits (ICs) and other hardware designs. You will play a critical leadership role in integrating test structures into the design of electronic components, driving efficient testing processes throughout the product lifecycle, from production to deployment and maintenance. This is a key position that will directly influence the success of our projects and the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
Develop DFT methodologies for IC designs, such as scan chains, built-in self-test (BIST), boundary scan, MBIST.
Implement and validate DFT features to ensure coverage and quality.
Perform scan insertion, MBIST insertion and ensure architectural spec is met
Generate ATPG patterns for stuck at and at speed, ensure all sequential elements are scannable to achieve high coverage. Generate MBIST patterns and ensure all memories are being covered for defects.
Collaborate with design teams to create test strategies and plans that identify potential defects.
Perform simulations and verification of DFT designs to confirm functionality and accuracy.
Analyze fault models and optimize for high coverage, including stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.
Collaborate with test engineers to perform yield analysis and improve DFT methodologies.
Troubleshoot and debug design issues found during testing.
Develop techniques to isolate faults and improve test coverage with minimal impact on design.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, verification, test engineering) to integrate DFT features effectively.

The NPI / Product lead Eng will be responsible for new product introduction, manufacture processes, product documentation, tech aspects, tooling, support test equipment and automation for both new and existing products. In addition, the engineer will support sustain manufacture products and activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for building and managing Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design, DFXs, production needs and troubleshooting.
Be the operation technical focal point and collaborate cross functionally with R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality in the electronic/electrical discipline
Managing and control Turn- Key/Suppliers engineering activities for box build/subunits, local and overseas throughout the project lifecycle and post release
Engaging test related projects with subcontractor delivering electrical and mechanical related test equipment to the production line
Responsible for conducting product ECO process including implementation and configuration control.
Manage and execute FAIs at subcontractors site.
Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards.
Support operation engineering processes such as Waiver/Deviations, EOL, FMEA, root causes analysis, continues improvement, Audits. Support on-going production processes and equipment, train subcontractors & production line
Support IQC, IPQC, OQC documentation and process
