As our Community Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our community members, developing strong relationships with our users worldwide and shaping the content and conversations within the group.
Responsibilities:
Engage with members and encourage meaningful conversations and mutual support
Communicate using our professional, positive, and enthusiastic persona
Report helpful feedback to share the community members perspectives to our team
Contribute content ideas based on members needs and help provide unique value.
Time zone: East coast
Working days: Monday - Friday, 3 hours spread through the days to accommodate the ongoing communication in the group.
Requirements: A photographer! Knowledge and experience with photography
Pic-Time platform expert - must
English native speaker - must
Experience with online communities - a plus
A team player - with strong soft/interpersonal skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy
Good eye for detail
Great social skills - and passionate about people (especially photographers)
