Technical Skills: 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience Go, JAVA, Python (Go is what we use) 3+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization Solid understanding of API design principles and RESTful services (GraphQL is a nice bounus) Experience with containers (e.g., Docker) an advantage Ability to develop efficient solutions that run reliably on lower-end hardware Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of security best practices for backend systems Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.) Mindset & Experience Proven experience working on complex systems and large-scale projects A deep understanding of software architecture and the impact of design decisions Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to technical limitations Highly independent, reliable, and self-driven Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Join us to shaping the backbone of technology that is powering one of the worlds most dynamic industries!

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields must 5+ years of experience in C / C ++ Embedded development must. Proven experience with Hard Real-Time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS) must.
Experience with VxWorks 7.0 advantage.
Solid background in hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and Real-Time integration must.
Experience in end-to-end development: from specification to testing and customer implementation advantage Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and system -wide thinking skills must.

2+ years of experience in manual QA testing
Experience in automation testing- advantage
Hands-on experience in testing cloud-based web platforms.
Experience working with Jira & Xray
Experienced in writing test documentation (STP, STD, STR)
Experience working in Linux-based environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter, team player, and excellent communicator.

Requirements:
Working with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot Agent or Claude code - must
Master/Bachelors degree in computer engineering
At least 7 years of experience in Java/Go solutions with software infrastructure and design patterns
Ability to write high-performance, maintainable, reusable code
Proficient with Unix/Linux environment
Experience of more than 5 years with Spring Boot
Experience of more than 3 years with PostgreSQL
Experience of more than 3 years with no-SQL DB like Elastichsearch, Mongo
Experience of more than 5 years with Microservices, Docker/Containers, Kubernetes
Experience in Cloud multi-tenancy systems on AWS and GCP
Advantage - Background in Authorization and Authentication processes

Requirements:
7+ years of experience building React-based applications, with strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable front-end infrastructure.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of the coding workflow including code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
Experience writing UI integration and component tests, using modern testing frameworks and best practices.
Proven ability to write high-performance, maintainable, and reusable code, with attention to developer experience and long-term code health.
Nginx experience an advantage.
Node.js experience an advantage.
Go or Java experience an advantage.
Background in authentication and authorization flows, including modern protocols an advantage.
Strong understanding of Cyber Security domain an advantage.
