We are looking for a Reception & Social Media Assistant to join our Beer Sheva office.
This is a diverse part time role combining responsibility for our front desk and day to day office administration with hands on support for our social media and employer branding activities.

What Youll Do:
Reception & Office Administration:
Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact at our Beer Sheva office
Provide ongoing administrative support for the office
Coordinate office supplies, orders, and other day to day operational needs
Social Media & Employer Branding:
Support the ongoing management of our social media channels
Create engaging content together with our employees, including interviews, photos, and videos
Write, edit, and publish social media posts and other content
Assist in creating content for the companys internal communications app
Contribute to content planning and employee engagement activities
Position Details:
Part time position, three days a week, Monday through Wednesday.
The position is based at our offices in Gav Yam Negev Park, Beer Sheva.

Continuously improve our quality standards by providing feedback to our AI-powered vetting and moderation systems.
Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure brands consistently receive exceptional video reviews.
Build, launch, and manage our Certified Reviewers Program, including reviewer selection, onboarding, training, communication, and ongoing performance management.
Re-engage inactive reviewers through creative campaigns, outreach, and community initiatives.
Own the reviewer social media calendar across our community channels.
Plan, create, and publish engaging social content that educates, motivates, and celebrates our reviewer community.
Organize community events, challenges, recognition programs, and other initiatives that increase engagement and retention.
Track community health metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve reviewer quality, activity, and satisfaction.
Become the voice of our reviewer community internally by bringing insights and feedback to Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Create and manage social media content that reinforces product positioning, builds brand credibility, and drives awareness, while continuously testing and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with Demand Gen to develop and launch high-impact campaign assets that drive pipeline

Website Experience
Own and continuously improve the website as a core growth channel, ensuring pages and key journeys are clear, up to date, and optimized for conversion. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Demand Gen to launch new pages, test messaging and layouts, and use data and AI tools to improve performance and user experience.

Email marketing
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns across the funnel from event promotions to lifecycle and nurture sequences, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
