We are looking for a Engineering Team Leader - Innovation Team.
As an Engineering Team Leader - Innovation Team You will be leading a
team of talented tech leads, working on cutting-edge technologies driving innovation, both on the product side and in the internal company processes.
The innovation team is all about testing exciting new technologies and keeping up with the latest on the AI front, consulting and enabling other teams, and conducting experiments and POCs to discover innovative ways to improve our customer experience.
As a team lead, you will be accountable for your teams output, upholding a high technical bar while overcoming a multitude of technological challenges. Our key strength is our people - you will be responsible for empowering and coaching your people, organizing their work, setting goals, and making sure they are engaged.
Youll also be responsible for building the teams backlog, meeting with internal stakeholders and making sure our innovation process runs smoothly and produces high value.
Our team regularly refines our methods of work, tools, and technologies.

As part of your role you will manage a team of 6 software engineers and 2 QA Automation engineers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Ensure high technical standards and overcome various technological challenges.
Be accountable for the team's output, empowering and coaching team members, setting goals, and ensuring engagement.
Regularly refine teamwork methods, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
5+ years in a software development role
3+ years of leading software development teams
Experience within the AI world
Experience with a major web development stack, preferably Node.js or .Net
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong knowledge in software design and passion for creating high-standard code
Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive people
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and in English
BSc in computer sciences or equivalent

Requirements:
3+ years of tech B2B SAAS customer success, account management or technical account management, working with mid to large, enterprise-level accounts.
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into actionable items and plans for the company's internal stakeholders.
An analytical disposition. You're comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
You're curious and tech-savvy. You enjoy deep diving into the technical details and have the ability to demonstrate your technical depth and skills.
