Job Description
As an Equity Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing our global equity plans and ensuring compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of equity transactions and providing support to our employees regarding their awards. In your day-to-day, you will:
Prepare accurate monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to track equity transactions
Ensure global equity reporting and compliance, including all equity-related filings
Collaborate with corporate legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans
Assist in preparing presentations for the Compensation Committee regarding the equity pool and proposed equity grants
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to their awards
Maintain the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensation
Uphold and develop policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Own OX product definition for our application security capabilities - the core capabilities of the OX product.
Define the capabilities, from understanding the need to the detailed requirement, across each of our application security technologies.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Lead the product requirements definition. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to come up with a product that will lead the market.
Engage with customers to identify needs and to follow up on our feature adoption and acceptance.

As a Generative AI Designer inside the Marketing Design Studio, youll oversee AI needs arising across the design teams, serve as the focal point for generative AI, and research and initiate AI-based solutions for developing our brands.
Our studio manages multiple brands, and your core mission is to streamline the design process with a strong emphasis on brand consistency and Time-to-Asset (e.g., reducing manual workload and expanding production volume).

Spearhead AI enhancements across brand design, web design, social and motion - from idea to production - ensuring brand consistency and improving TTA
