חוקר/ת:
התפקיד משלב איסוף מודיעין, תוך כדי קרב מוחות עם היריב ותרגום תוצרי החקירות לתמונת מודיעין, כחלק מפעילות הסיכול המבצעי.

מסלול ההכשרה למועמדים אקדמאיים
הקורס הינו אינטנסיבי, נמשך עד שעות מאוחרות ואורך כשנה וחצי.
שלב א: 10 חודשים במרכז הארץ וכולל: אולפן לרכישת השפה הערבית ולמידת התרבות ודת האסלם. חלק שלב זה כולל לינה של 2-3 לילות בשבוע במלון בסמוך למקום ההכשרה.
שלב ב: 9 חודשים באזור גוש דן וכולל: קורס מקצועי מעשיר במהלכו ילמדו לעומק את עבודת הגיוס והפעלת הסוכנים, עבודת החקירות וחקר האמת.
מסלול הכשרה למועמדים שאינם אקדמאיים:
מסלול זה כולל את שלבי המסלול אשר פורטו לעיל ובנוסף השלמה ללימודי תואר ראשון (נדרשת בגרות מלאה, אנגלית 4 יחידות לפחות, ציון פסיכומטרי 550 ומעלה). השלמה זו נמשכת 9 חודשים.

בוגרי/ות שירות צבאי מלא - יתרון לבוגרי/ות יחידות שדה
בעלי/ות ניסיון פיקודי בצבא, ו/או ניסיון ניהולי/שיווקי/הדרכתי של אנשים ומשימות במערכת האזרחית
בעלי/ות תואר אקדמי, או לחלופין לחסרי תואר אקדמי נדרשת בגרות מלאה (חובה 4 יחידות אנגלית לפחות), פסיכומטרי 550 לפחות, נדרש ציון 100 ומעלה בפרק האנגלית
בריאות תקינה ויכולת עבודה גם בתנאי שטח
רישיון נהיגה בתוקף - חובה
נכונות להעתקת מגורים בהתאם לשיבוץ
כישורים נדרשים
הבנה עמוקה של בני אדם, יכולת לייצר אינטימיות ואמון גם מול זרים וכישורי שיחה והשפעה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר
קור רוח, גמישות מחשבתית ותפקוד מיטבי גם במצבי קיצון, תחת לחץ זמן, חוסר ודאות וריבוי משימות
סקרנות לגלות את הנסתר, לצד "סיבולת" לקריאה מרובה ולמידה, ויכולת ניסוח בכתב ובעל פה
יכולת לקבל החלטות כבדות משקל בשטח באופן עצמאי, לצד הבנה עמוקה שההצלחה דורשת עבודת צוות, שקיפות מלאה וגיבוי הדדי
גמישות למעברים חדים בין פעילות שטח מבצעית ואינטנסיבית, לבין עבודת משרד, חקירה ותיעוד. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
