We are looking for an HR Information Systems Manager to join our team.
Why is this role so important?
The HR Information Systems Manager owns the organization's HR technology ecosystem, with primary responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Culture Amp).
The role bridges HR business needs and technology, working closely with HR Operations, IT, MIS, and external vendors to maintain system health, data integrity, and responsiveness to change.
Beyond HR systems, this role actively contributes to broader enterprise technology initiatives - including integrations with ERP (NetSuite), CRM, and other business applications.
So, what will you be doing all day?
SF System Ownership: Act as the expert for core modules, handling configurations, upgrades, and role-based permissions (RBP).
Support & Vendor Management: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage relationships/SLAs with SAP and external vendors.
End-to-End Project Management: Lead HRIS projects from requirements gathering and technical specs through UAT and go-live.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, MIS, CRM, and Finance Systems on enterprise-wide initiatives.
Integrations & Architecture: Manage connections between SuccessFactors and other platforms (ERP, Payroll) using SAP Integration Center and Workato.
Tech Evaluation & Strategy: Evaluate and recommend new HR technology solutions that align with the company's overall strategy.
Data Governance: Participate in data governance discussions to ensure platform stability and data optimization.
Requirements: 5+ years in HRIS management or HR technology roles
Proven hands-on experience implementing and/or administering SAP SuccessFactors - mandatory
Deep knowledge of at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central required; Time Off, Performance & Goals, and Compensation are strong advantages)
Experience managing full-cycle HRIS implementations and cross-functional systems projects
Experience with system integrations (API, middleware, flat-file) and tools such as SAP BTP or Workato
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce - a strong advantage
Understanding of the full HR employee lifecycle: hire-to-retire, talent, compensation, and learning.
