The Revenue & Growth Platform team owns every touch-point where customers try, buy, and expand their use of Fireblocks. We build and optimize the infrastructure behind pricing, usage metering, billing, entitlements, in-product onboarding, and self-serve growth loops. Partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success, we turn product value into sustainable revenue while delivering friction-free experiences for the worlds most sophisticated digital-asset institutions.
What Youll Do
Launch growth accelerators: self-serve sign-up flows, try-before-you-buy trials, in-product upsell moments, and a customer Account Center showing usage, entitlements, and invoices.
Ship scalable monetization primitives: real-time metering, automated invoicing, flexible licensing, and payment integrations.
Build onboarding & activation funnels: build getting-started wizards, contextual education, and analytics that shorten time-to-value.
Orchestrate mission-critical, company-wide programs: lead Engineering, GTM, Finance, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and the C-suite to launch revenue engines that scale and accelerate growth.
Requirements: 5+ years of product-management experience, with 2+ years owning monetization or growth platforms at a B2B SaaS or fintech scale-up.
Track record of driving product-led growth: self-serve funnels, trials, onboarding, and data-backed experimentation.
Strong technical fluency; you can dive into APIs, data models, and downstream finance systems with engineers.
Obsession with metrics and user empathyable to balance revenue impact with delightful UX.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across GTM, Finance, and R&D.
Experience in payments, crypto, or regulated financial products is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent; MBA a bonus.
