We are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and cost management for our medical device manufacturing. In this role, you will ensure a compliant and cost-effective Supply Chain that meets the highest regulatory and Quality standards. Working closely with Engineering, R&D, and Finance, you will align procurement with our business goals while mentoring and leading the Buyer team to drive operational excellence
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5-8 years in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement (Medical Device or Precision Manufacturing preferred).
Experience managing or mentoring purchasing staff.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, market research, and supplier evaluation.
Expert in BOM pricing analysis, cost modeling, and financial assessment.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in Priority ERP (report building/ data analysis) and Excel.
Highly organized with excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
