A leading med-tech company is looking for a Sales Service Representative for a full-time position in Tel Aviv, Sunday-Thursday, working hours 09:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 / 11:00-20:00 according to needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Address customer questions and concerns, while overcoming objections.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes and strategies.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business (retention calls).
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a call center sales or telemarketing role - Must
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passionate and motivated attitude.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable with outbound cold-calling and following scripts.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English is an advantage.
