we are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead our creative performance strategy and fuel the next stage of growth. Co-founded with creative direction from fashion icon Nicky Hilton, were building a modern international brand on a steep upward curve, scaling fast across the U.S. and beyond. Were digital-first, technology-driven and obsessed with crafting pieces that celebrate identity and story.
Responsibilities
Conducting research, running feedback loops, writing copy, developing ad concepts, shaping strategy and creating briefs
Develop high-performing, direct response creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
Work closely with designers, editors, and writers to deliver engaging visuals and compelling copy.
Lead the end-to-end process: from creative concept to execution, iteration, and performance analysis.
Experiment, test, and implement new formats, angles, and creative strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance using data insights.
Build scalable, automated creative systems with performance top of mind.
Stay on top of AI tools, platform trends, and audience behavior to keep our creative edge sharp.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in performance-focused creative roles (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of Direct Response (DR) marketing and paid acquisition funnels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
Proficiency in working with Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ad platforms.
Hands-on experience in creative production (copy, video, or graphic design an advantage).
Self-starter, curious, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
Native-level English fluency (written & spoken).
