We're​ ​looking for​ ​a Junior​ User Acquisition Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Youll be responsible for promoting our amazing products via various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on campaign management with various mobile ad networks.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners.
Conduct data analysis (identifying trends, opportunities & discrepancies).
Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner, under tight schedules, and within the budget.
Collaborate with different team members within the Marketing department to deliver and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Job Description:
As the E-commerce Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Israel's progression into the e-commerce landscape (non food). This position requires an adept understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, an ability to analyze customer behavior and market trends, and a knack for tailoring these insights to the unique dynamics of the Israeli market. Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating Wolt through this exciting expansion, marking a significant milestone in our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for Ecommerce verticals with a focus on fashion & general merchandise, emphasizing online user behavior, acquisition techniques, and retargeting of new and existing users.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities, using these insights to drive effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
* Manage and optimize online marketing channels, prioritizing metrics and performance analysis to adjust strategies as needed.
* Continuously enhance the customer journey on the company`s platform through A/B testing and user feedback, aiming to improve User Experience and conversion rates.
