As Account Manager, you will manage our global customers and implement our solution within enterprise organizations. This role will see you participate in onboarding new customers and contribute towards maintaining a high level of satisfaction of existing customers including the provision of training and support to customers using our products.
Responsibilities
Manage project implementations for both new customers and those of our existing clients as their requirements grow
Engage with our clients through remote meetings, email, phone or via the ticketing system
Understand our clients' needs, tackle problems and where necessary, escalate the case to the relevant people
Think creatively about technical issues and provide clients with workarounds when necessary
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule when needed
Keep current on product releases and updates, including attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

The DevOps group is structured in a flat structure of 15 engineers, designating each DevOps engineer to a specific group of RND.

Each DevOps engineer is the DevOps leader for that group. They serve as the point of contact for any project, taking part in the system designs and implementing any needed change.

Each DevOps engineer is also responsible for a DevOps project - an infrastructure project aimed to bring upon new capabilities and improvements to our system.

The DevOps group works as a team. They sit together, interact with each other and support each other on a daily basis.

The group is working together daily to bring our infrastructure to be on the frontline of the industry's standards.

What You'll Do

Support multi-region environments & provide support to worldwide-based teams.

Build and maintain tools for automation, deployment, monitoring, and operations.

Everything as a code approach: Run our infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Solve diverse complex problems of high scale.

Work with other R&D teams on mutual projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our various environments.

Conduct periodic on-call duties and emergency response

About the position We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Right-Hand Person to partner directly with our Senior Director of Projects & Operations. This is a critical role focused on enhancing the member experience through thoughtful and impactful operational projects. Your work will revolve around existing locations, improving them through strategic refurbishments, layout changes, and office upgrades rather than new construction. Based in Israel Key Responsibilities Project & Refurbishment Management: Lead and execute projects for office upgrades, interior layout changes, and refurbs across our global portfolio. This includes managing all phases from design and procurement to construction and final handover. Member Experience Initiatives: Lead projects that directly improve the member journey and experience. This may involve redesigning common areas, upgrading technology and amenities, or reconfiguring office spaces to meet evolving needs. Operational Excellence: Provide hands-on support to on-site operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery with minimal disruption to members. You will be the key liaison between project teams and local operations staff. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house design and creative teams to translate their vision into practical, buildable projects. Budget & Supplier Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for. Manage an OEM Account throughout the various business development phases, from roadmap alignments to new design wins
Focus on leading the RFI/RFQ pre-sales process managing requirements responses, leading technical and product reviews
Lead ADAS/AD evaluations by OEMs through all project stages setting goals, timelines, milestones, HW/SW installations and managing critical escalations

The EyeQ SoC Performance Modeling and Profiling team is part of the EyeQ Platform Group (EPG), working on both current and next-generation designs for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and Autonomous Vehicles (AV).
Performance models and profiling tools are essential components of the EPG infrastructure they are used during the hardware architecture definition phase of the EyeQ chip and by software developers to optimize performance.
What will your job look like:
You will be part of team that develops EyeQ SoC Performance Modeling environment and emulators
You will work on SOC performance analysis and optimizations.
You will be running HW benchmarks, to measure HW performance and to calibrate the simulation environment to match the performance of the silicon board.
You will be working on HW performance analysis and tuning, and influence future SoC design.
