The Demand Generation team drives our companys B2B growth by turning awareness into measurable revenue. They manage large-scale paid campaigns across search and social, experiment continuously to optimize performance, and partner closely with Creative, Sales, and Analytics. Their work fuels the sales pipeline, expands global reach, and reinforces our companys position as an AI-powered marketing leader. As our B2B Demand Generation Team Lead, youll scale paid social and search with meaningful budgets. Youll reach decision-makers in various markets and convert attention into revenue.
What you will be doing
Lead & mentor team of Demand Generation Managers.
Own full-funnel demand gen across SEM (Google/YouTube) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X) to hit MQL, SQL, pipeline and revenue targets.
Manage high budgets at scale across multiple geographies, plan, forecast, and pace spend for impact and efficiency.
Collaborate with the organic growth team to achieve the right balance between paid and organic acquisition.
Run continues experimentation: audience and keyword strategy, creative/messaging tests, bidding, landing pages, and conversion flows.
Lead ABM motions while collaborating with SDR/BDR and Sales.
Requirements: 4+ years experience of proven success in demand generation for B2B SaaS.
2+ years experience in team leadership.
Hands on experience in LinkedIn Ads, Meta, X, Google Ads/YouTube. Proven track record building pipeline from paid social and search.
ABM experience using intent/enrichment platforms (Apollo, Demandbase) and collaborating with Sales.
Strong analytical skills, comfort with GA4 and BI tools (thoughtspot/Looker/Tableau), able to translate data into action.
Growth mindset, able to thrive in a fast paced, AI first, environment.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
