The mission of the Growth Product Manager is to increase conversion rates throughout the marketing and sales funnel. You will work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to evaluate, test, and optimize the user journey from the initial website visit through to becoming a paid DoorLoop customer.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute a growth strategy and roadmap designed to increase specific KPIs across the conversion funnel.
Conduct tests & experiments across the sales and marketing funnel (landing pages, blog, lifecycle emails, demo request form, pricing page, etc.) to find and capture growth opportunities.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions around prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation for experiments, projects, and user journey improvements.
Measure, monitor, and report on growth initiatives and experiment results.
Serve as the owner and subject matter expert on customer journey (both front-end and back-end) from website visits to paid customers.
Work with marketing leaders to experiment and optimize performance across marketing channels and functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to influence decisions, generate new ideas and experiments, and generate tangible outcomes.
Plan, manage, and deliver critical, cross-functional strategic projects, on on-time, on-target, and on-budget to allow to accomplish and overachieve on business objectives.
Participate in product and feature launches, through cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, to capture new revenue.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Lead or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
High level of English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Expertise in evaluating and optimizing conversion funnels at a fast-moving B2B SaaS business.
Experience creating, conducting, and communicating the results of multivariate and A/B tests through platforms like Posthog, VWO etc.
Strong understanding of quantitative analysis, including data and visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio as well as a desire to explore data and discover unexpected insights.
An ability to influence strategic and tactical decisions through telling stories using data.
A deep understanding of UI/UX, including experience building wireframes and UX flows.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including a basic understanding of SEO, paid performance marketing, lifecycle emails, and organic marketing.
Advanced project management skills, including complex stakeholder management.
Desire and ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex, and undefined environments.
Nice To Haves:
Experience in tracking, reporting and attribution infrastructure (e.g. GTM, Data Studio, GA4).
Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Klaviyo etc.
First-hand experience with marketing and sales funnel development.
Any real estate or property management experience.
