Job Description:
Be responsible for various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, facilities, travel and more.
Manage office supplies (procurement of technical equipment, groceries, etc.)
Coordinate business meetings and scheduling.
Support vendors' payment process.
Support HR processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
Plan activities for employees (fun days, get-togethers, gifts, etc)

Bachelor's degree (B.A)- Required
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in a high-tech company.
Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently, be proactive, and set priorities with a problem-solving approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
fluent in both Hebrew (mother tongue) and English (fluent).
Excellent in MS office (excel, word).
