As a Senior QA Engineer you will...
Work closely with multiple R&D teams across Security.
Enable development teams to own testing and automation as an integral part of delivery.
Design scalable quality strategies, testing frameworks, and quality gates to ensure high standards without slowing down development.
Act as a technical authority as you guide teams on testability, observability, and risk-based testing, as well as non-functional quality aspects such as security, performance, and reliability.

Were looking for an Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent automation frameworks that ensure quality across complex, business-critical flows. This role goes beyond writing tests - youll own automation strategy, build platforms and tools, and leverage AI and agentic workflows to validate systems at scale.

Youll be part of the Store R&D and will work closely with engineering, product, and data engineering to ensure reliability across high-impact domains such as Checkout journey, pricing, payments, localization, and other commerce flows.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for frontend and backend.
Develop and maintain E2E, integration, and API tests that run efficiently in CI/CD.

Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest improvements.

Areas of Responsibility
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for managing QA personnel and quality assurance activities of our products.
Hands-on at least 50% of the time.
Review and evaluate testing tools and services for applicability to in-house needs.
Devise improvements to current QA processes and procedures and implement ongoing improvements to support release quality, reliability and schedule objectives.
Provides vision, leadership, and framework to identify needs, resolve issues, and align quality assurance and requirements strategies with business goals.
Oversee the definition and execution of end-to-end testing and requirements strategies.
Provide technical consulting on projects and tasks within the QA team scope of work.
Provide QA oversight and guidance for system validation activities such as development of requirements, test plans, test cases and test scripts definition, as well as operation and performance qualification.
Suggest and implement automation testing for hardware and software products.
Setup, perform and manage integration and alpha testing activities.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Essential Functions:
Embedded QA Engineers primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
55% Design, Develop, Test, Document and Maintain Test setups, Test scripts and Software Applications to Troubleshoot, Diagnose or Qualify software and hardware components of the tablets.
40% Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications to provide product support and training to customers and partners.
Understand field technology, systems, and applications to contribute to the support team in product training, troubleshooting and procedures.
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
Research, Identify, Develop, Document and Recommend corrective measures to address technical issues identified in the field or in-house.

Escalate issues to management if problems have a common theme such as poor customer educational materials or a malfunction of a product.

We are looking for a top-tier Senior QA Software Test Engineer to join the Cumulus system Ethernet group. This position will be part of our QA team while the main goal is testing of our Ethernet Switch/Router and Spectrum-X AI Solution. You will be participating in requirements and design reviews, developing test plans, test execution, and automated test development for the specific features of Cumulus Linux. The rule will include lab-activity and setups installation.

What you'll be doing:

Functional / System Testing of various Layer2 and Layer3 features of our Mellanox Spectrum series Ethernet Switch systems running our Cumulus Linux.

Writing detailed feature and system test plans, defining and designing test beds and topologies.

Setup and install new switches /servers in lab including network configuration.

Hardware/Firmware related testing for new new and legacy systems.

Identifying and reporting issues found during testing into the defect tracking system and validating the fixes and workarounds.

Developing automated test suites for different features of NVIDIA-Cumulus Linux.

Building and maintaining automation required to ensure quality via continuous functional regression.
