seeking applicants for Process Engineer, In this position, the successful candidate will plan assigned operations or executes functionally focused in-depth analyses to ensure efficiency of services continuously or to provide relevant data, information, and/or service.
What you will be doing:

Willingness to travel between sites located in Dimona and Beer Sheva

To operate within the production area, developing, implementing and managing manufacturing methods, processes and sequence of operations.

To define process requirements, working procedures, and provide equipment recommendations for product lines.

To execute Process-FMEA analyses, identifying possible sources of failures and taking measures to eliminate operational risks.

To define the process control methodologies and manage statistical process control systems to analyze out-of-control situations.

To liaise with Quality Assurance in responding to customer inquiries, and with Design Engineers to coordinate the launch of new products.

To monitor functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for their (incremental) improvements.

To execute focused research, create informative reports to support change or adaptation for processes and infrastructure systems.

To contribute to projects or processes to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness.

To take over the accomplishment of dedicated (local or function-specific) workstream, as part of an overarching infrastructure project.

As the Silicon Engineering Manager you will be responsible for improving silicon-photonics yield and performance through data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration and proactive issue resolution.

You will serve as the key interface between R&D, Process and Production teams, ensuring efficient data flow, rapid issue identification and continuous process improvement across wafer fabrication, device testing, and packaging stages.

Responsibilities:
Perform silicon process and chip-level data analysis, establishing correlation between chip and wafer performance.
Lead process debug and yield loss analysis at chip/wafer level, driving root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Manage engineering approval forum to release production material.
Collaborate closely with vendors to implement new product tests and resolve technical/process issues.
Act as a key interface between design, testing, and production teams, ensuring alignment across the product lifecycle
Oversee and coordinate the transfer of data related to silicon design, testing, fabrication, and characterization between Production and R&D departments.
Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
Maintain proper documentation of data transfer protocols, version control, and data integrity checks.
Support data analysis efforts to improve silicon performance, yield, and quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to data security and confidentiality.

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional senior physicist to lead and perform research and development at the interface of physics and medicine, in the rapidly developing field of TTFields.
Our physics group is leading an effort to develop a new field of research: Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) dosimetry and treatment planning, and currently specializes in numerical simulations, biophysics research, experimental research, advanced algorithms, and numerical/clinical data analysis.
This is a full-time position, located at our R&D center, Haifa, Israel
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct research into the distribution of TTFields within the body using both electromagnetic and heat transfer simulations
Develop algorithms and infrastructure to support simulations and analysis of simulation results and clinical data.
Participate and support team efforts to develop the next generations of devices and treatment planning platforms for TTFields therapy.
Participate in research and development collaborations with internal groups of engineers and scientists, and with external researchers from academia.
Present results at internal meetings, seminars, and external scientific conferences; contribute to writing scientific papers and patent applications.
