Responsibilities:
Design and model active Silicon Photonics devices; own specs, compact models, and layout intent. Drive design for manufacturability: analyze performance across process/voltage/temperature corners and wafer variability; run Monte-Carlo/tolerance studies. Build scripted, parametric simulation flows (sweeps/optimization) and extract figures of merit (EO S21, VL, responsivity, dark current, bandwidth, IL). Plan and execute lab/wafer-level measurements; close the model-to-silicon loop by comparing data to simulations and updating models. Collaborate with process, TEST, and packaging teams on masks, runsets, and DFT/DFM reviews.

Required Senior Test Engineer & Technical Lead
You will be part of our REM department. Our Road Experience Management (REM) is an end-to-end mapping and localization engine.
Since we are dealing with a complex system based on machine learning and image processing, the analysis and validation processes require deep thinking as well as advanced technical and analytic abilities. What will your job look like:
Lead and coordinate the validation of major software releases that integrate features from multiple algorithmic teams. Provide informative analysis based on clips and data review.
Manage and oversee both automated and manual validation processes, ensuring thorough data review and quality control.
Prepare clear, structured reports summarizing validation results, issues, and recommendations for technical and management stakeholders.
Plan, track, and coordinate validation projects, maintaining schedules, identifying risks, and communicating progress across departments.

Required Semiconductor Quality and Reliability Engineer
As a Quality and Reliability (Q&R) Engineer, you will lead the qualification and long-term reliability of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) semiconductor products for automotive applications. Youll work across digital and RF domains to ensure robust performance and compliance with industry standards.
What will your job look like:
Define and manage Quality and Reliability specifications, simulations, and qualification plans for SoC die and package.
Plan and execute automotive-grade qualifications per standards such as AEC-Q100, JEDEC JESD22, and IATF 16949.
Design and implement die-level and package-level stress tests.
Select and prepare electrical, environmental, and mechanical test platforms for reliability testing.
Define requirements for Pre-Si Q&R (e.g. ESD, LU, EM, IR drop), Design-for-Test (DFT), electrical characterization, and Post-Si Q&R testing of digital, mixed-signal and RF SoCs.
Collaborate extensively with internal design teams, external subcontractors, and outsourcing partners (OSATs).
Lead failure analysis, reliability modeling, and corrective action processes (e.g., 8D, FMEA, FMEDA).
Document and certify automotive standards compliance, including PPAP/APQP deliverables.
