Requirements:
M.Sc. (recent graduate) in Materials or Chemical Engineering

Preferred: background in semiconductor studies, cleanroom experience, or prior role as a process engineer

Demonstrated proficiency in statistical methods, SPC, DOE, and data analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Strong hands-on experience with semiconductor tools and process technologies

Good understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem and metrology techniques

Familiarity with device physics and device architecture is an advantage

Proven ability to identify root causes, solve complex problems, and implement sustainable solutions

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex projects in parallel
