As a Project Manager, youll own the end-to-end delivery of solutions within client projects, project teams, and internal stakeholders. Youll balance hands-on project execution with strategic account management, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term success.
You will lead cross-functional efforts, juggle multiple priorities, and drive project success through strong organization, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.
What Youll Do
Lead major projects from kickoff through full go-live. Manage delivery timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
Oversee our system setup, support daily client requests, and overall system stability, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal operations teams, Customer Success, Product & Sales. Build strong relationships, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment with client needs.
Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and client concerns. Escalate as needed and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and drive client satisfaction.
Track and report on KPIs to measure delivery success and project health.
Conduct post-project reviews, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall client experience.
Define work methodology and establish processes.
Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments, including remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency with Jira

Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week.
Position may involve non-standard working hours to accommodate international client schedules and maintain alignment across time zones.
