The IT Operations Manager serves as the CIO 's strategic partner and operational lead, responsible for driving planning, governance, financial management, strategic programs, and organizational effectiveness across the global IT organization. This role leads the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), oversees IT financial governance, establishes project and program management excellence, supports IT strategy development, drives AI transformation initiatives within IT, and ensures the CIO is equipped with high-quality executive communications and board-level materials. The position acts as a central coordination point between the CIO, IT leadership team, Finance, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Roadmap - Partner with the CIO and IT Leadership Team to develop the IT strategy, multi-year roadmap, and strategic priorities. Annual Planning & Investments - Lead the annual planning process (AOP), including workforce planning, technology investments, and initiative prioritization. Budget & Financial Management - Manage IT budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, software investments, and project budgets, while driving cost optimization. Project & Portfolio Management - Establish project and portfolio management methodologies and monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery. AI Transformation - Lead the IT AI strategy and cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, automation, efficiency, governance, adoption, and value measurement. IT Governance & Performance - Establish governance frameworks, define KPIs and OKRs, manage leadership operating cadences, and drive accountability. Executive & Board Reporting - Prepare dashboards, presentations, Board materials, and strategic updates, translating complex technology topics into clear business value. Strategic & Cross-Functional Initiatives - Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CIO, while driving continuous improvement across IT processes and operating models.

Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in IT, PMO, technology strategy, finance, consulting, or transformation leadership roles.
* Experience working in a global enterprise IT environment.
* Proven track record leading strategic programs, governance initiatives, or PMO organizations.
* Experience managing large IT budgets and annual planning processes.
* Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data platforms, and AI technologies.
