As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive testing of new features to verify the requirements are met and long-term quality is upheld.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the software meets quality standards.
Define core business flows that will serve as the backbone of the automated tests written by our automation developers.
Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues, and provide usability feedback based on customer interactions.
Work closely with the support team to understand customer pain points, which will help inform your testing strategies.
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest product features and improvements, ensuring that our QA processes are aligned with current developments.

The full stack development team are responsible for making user flows and interactions come to life by planning, implementing and testing them end to end, all while working closely with some of the best and most creative designers in the world.

In your day-to-day you will assist with complex and multi-stage implementation processes, collect and review customer requirements and translate those requirements to product feature definitions, demonstrate and train new users on platform best practices, and lead internal implementation and design of new product features. Manage the end-to-end technical process of customer implementation and launches:
Gather and define customer requirements
Translate and develop requirements into PRDs and specifications
Lead internal RnD teams through execution and delivery

Live on-site support for launches and kick-offs

The position is shift-based and requires work during nights and weekends. Day shifts are generally done in our offices in Tel Aviv, but may also be done remotely.

Resolve (replicate if needed) and communicate T3 cases and leading our Support Centers knowledge
Manage communications for mission-critical product issues impacting regional Services and Sales teams

Make sure that the regional Support Centers have the right skills and knowledge for at least T2 support
Provide support for Marketing collateral, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities

Build and manage a cohesive out of the BOX offering for MGS
Develop software tools and capabilities to differentiate Ceragons MGS value
Build the Ceragon Brand in the MGS domain and the supporting sales material
Train and support the regions in selling MGS
Build the financial and pricing model for MGS
Collaborate with Ceragons Chief Revenue Officer and Region Heads to drive MGS sales and oversee a shadow P&L for the BU
