SolarEdge is looking for an experienced IT Application and Enterprise Architect to join us! Responsibilities:
* Define and lead SolarEdges enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth.
* Oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of business applications across the global IT landscape.
* Drive digital transformation projects and promote innovation through modern technologies.
* Work closely with business and technology leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into IT solutions.
* Lead architecture governance processes and best practices across the IT organization.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and recommend adoption strategies.
* Guide cross-functional project teams to ensure scalable and secure architecture design.
* Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.
* Manage and mentor a team of solution architects and technical leads.
Requirements: * 10 years of proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT applications leadership, and large-scale IT transformations.
* Experience with ERP, CRM, PLM, HRIS, and/or supply chain systems preferably in a global, manufacturing/high-tech environment.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
* Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or others) and modern SaaS platforms.
* Experience with system integration, APIs, data architecture, and security principles.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to drive change and lead large, complex projects in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
