The Ramah Israel Institute is the educational travel arm of Ramah Israel, creating meaningful educational experiences in Israel for groups from around the world.
We are seeking a Program Associate to join our Jerusalem-based team. This full-time, in-office role includes planning and managing educational programs for schools, synagogues, and community organizations visiting Israel.
The position involves program development, budgeting, logistical coordination, and ongoing communication with international clients, educators, and staff in Israel and abroad. The role requires flexibility, including work during non-standard hours, availability during active programs, and occasional travel throughout Israel.
Requirements: Required Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Experience in educational work with diverse populations
Cultural sensitivity, openness, patience, and flexibility
Strong familiarity with Israel - an advantage
High-level spoken and written English
Basic-level spoken and written Hebrew
Proficiency with office software and social media platforms
Valid drivers license
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
Strong service orientation and attention to detail
