We are looking for an experienced Robotics Ops Engineer t o design and operate the data engine that fuels robotics program. You will own the pipeline that captures, curates, and serves multi-modal robotic data so the team can iterate on perception and policy models quickly and reliably.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact
* Build synchronized, multi-sensor data collection pipelines from teleoperation and autonomous robot runs.
* Design scalable Storage, indexing, versioning, and access patterns for terabyte-scale multi-modal datasets (video, point clouds, IMU, audio).
* Implement automated quality checks, dataset slicing tools, and curation flows that target the models current failure modes.
* Build labeling pipelines and integrations with annotation vendors and internal tooling.
* Stand up sim- data integration so synthetic and real data can be mixed cleanly in training.
Requirements: * Experience with sensor data formats (rosbag, MCAP, parquet) and multi-modal datasets.
* Track record building data pipelines that scale to large multi-modal training sets.
* Familiarity with ML training workflows and the data needs of perception and policy models.
* Experience with simulation data and ROS or ROS 2, an advantage.
* B.Sc. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
This position is open to all candidates.
