Product manage the evolution of our Marketing infrastructure, identifying and implementing enhancements in our lead flow, reporting infrastructure, and campaign execution to support scalable growth and efficiency.
Conduct thorough audits of the companys entire lead flow process. Identify and fix gaps to improve conversion rates and boost pipeline growth by ensuring a frictionless transition from marketing to sales.
Spearhead our ABM initiatives, focusing on data tracking, precise measurement, and the alignment between marketing and sales. Develop account-centric journeys to ensure targeted engagement and personalized experiences for key accounts, enhancing the effectiveness of our ABM strategies.
Develop and refine Monthly Business Review metrics. Perform analysis on marketing channel and program effectiveness across the Demand Waterfall to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing investments.
Utilize Apollo to enhance our marketing strategies through accurate data enrichment and efficient outreach management, ensuring seamless marketing to SDR handovers and maximized engagement effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with all the marketing team on all aspects of program and campaign operationsfrom audience targeting and execution to ongoing evolution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Continually assess and enhance our marketing technology stack, ensuring that tools like Apollo and our marketing automation platforms are seamlessly integrated and leveraged to their full potential, supporting our ABM and broader marketing strategies.
Document, maintain, and promote Marketing Operation frameworks and processes. Establish consistency and best practices across multiple partners to drive operational excellence and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, emphasizing CRM management, marketing automation, and a balanced approach to ABM.
Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), with specific experience in integrating these systems to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for execution, with a proven track record of managing architectural improvements in Marketing infrastructure.
Ability to manage multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously with precision and accuracy.
Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, including deliverability/governance, data quality management, and marketing attribution models.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives to drive marketing operational improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering teamwork across departments and with external partners.
Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
