As a Team Lead, you will take ownership of key projects, guide engineering practices, and drive technical excellence with a strong focus on Front-End architecture and product quality.

A day in the life:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Full Stack Engineers with a focus on front-end development
Design and implement modern, responsive web applications and other client-side technologies
Design and develop a cloud-based microservices architecture that is enterprise-grade and highly scalable
Oversee the planning, prioritization, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Design customer-facing APIs, collaborating with key stakeholders, including product, infosec, and operations
Coordinate effectively with offshore development resources to ensure smooth collaboration, code quality, and delivery continuity
Requirements: Proven experience in leading a software engineering team, ideally in a Full Stack or Front-End oriented environment
At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Deep experience with front-end development using ReactJS (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS
Experience with backend languages such as Typescript / JS
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams
Ability to take full ownership for deploying and monitoring features in production
Nice to have:
Experience managing offshore development resources or distributed team structures
Experience designing scalable customer-facing REST APIs
BSc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering
