What Youll Actually Be Doing
Configure and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Design and lead scalable integrations across Microsoft and legacy systems
Customize D365 apps, implement Power BI dashboards, and build automation flows
Maintain source control, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management
Collaborate closely with solution architects and stakeholders across time zones
Lead technical workshops, user training, and support
Ensure best practices for system security, usability, and performance
Requirements: What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams, and SharePoint
Proficiency in C #,.NET, SQL server, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and integration best practices
Availability to work primarily US hours (NY Time Zone) - able to work effectively in a remote and largely asynchronous environment
Deep understanding of Dataverse security, PCF controls, and scalable solution architecture
Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Git, unit testing frameworks, cloud cost management, telemetry/monitoring, and CI/CD TEST automation
Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
Ability to evaluate and apply config vs custom decisions to reduce technical debt and optimize scalability
Experience with third-party CRM integrations using APIs and middleware
