Unicloud is a reseller and Professional Services provider of cloud-based security and identity solutions. We help customers design, implement, and operate modern access, authentication, and endpoint security platforms, acting as a trusted technical partner throughout the lifecycle.
We are looking for a highly skilled IAM/MDM and Innovation Engineer to deliver Professional Services and ongoing Technical Support for identity, access, and network authentication solutions sold through Unicloud and research new products to resell in Israel.
This role is hands-on and customer-facing, covering solution deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and enablement. The engineer will work directly with customer IT and security teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. In addition, the role will include continuous research for new technologies and products in these areas
Requirements: Technical
Strong experience with identity, access management, authentication, or network security solutions.
Strong experience with MAC/OS.
TL experience is an advantage.
Solid understanding of PKI, certificates, authentication protocols, and access control concepts.
Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., RADIUS, 802.1X, EAP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience working with cloud platforms and SaaS-based security solutions.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-layer technical issues.
Customer Communication
Experience working directly with enterprise or mid-market customers.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple customers or projects in parallel.
