Global Sports Media Platform
We are seeking a Director of Product UX Design to lead and scale the product design function of a global, fan-centric sports media platform. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design ownership, shaping world-class user experiences across multiple platforms.
What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary Product, UX, and Visual Design team
Define and scale the product design vision, strategy, and design systems
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams
Drive innovation through interaction, motion, and storytelling
Champion a fan-first, community-driven design approach
Requirements: 8+ years of digital product design experience, including 3+ years in leadership
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Proven experience designing B2C products for mobile and web (CTV a plus)
Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, interactive experiences
Experience in agile, cross-functional environments
Passion for sports, fan culture, and user engagement
