What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product, UX, and Visual Designers
Define, evolve, and scale the product design strategy, processes, and systems across platforms
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences
Foster a culture of innovation through experimentation, motion, interaction, and storytelling
Champion a fan-first design approach rooted in community, engagement, and behavioral insights
Requirements: Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levelsfrom vision through execution
Proven track record designing B2C consumer-facing products for mobile and web; Connected TV experience is a strong advantage
A compelling portfolio of interactive, high-engagement digital experiences
Deep experience working in agile, cross-functional product organizations
Demonstrated success scaling design teams, systems, and end-to-end product design processes
Passion for fan-centered designcommunity, gamification, motion, and storytelling
Genuine passion for sports and fan behavior is essential
