Key Responsibilities:
Lead the local medical strategy in the therapeutic area of fertility, aligning with global and regional plans.
Serve as the primary scientific and medical expert for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and participate in relevant medical congresses.
Provide medical and scientific support to commercial, regulatory, market access, and medical information teams.
Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance with local and global regulations.
Respond to complex medical inquiries and support field-based teams with scientific content.
Oversee non-R&D medical budget and contribute to R&D-related activities in the fertility field.
Collaborate with global and regional Medical Affairs teams to adapt and implement scientific strategies.
Requirements: Requirements:
Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) - mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Advisor or MSE in a global pharmaceutical company - mandatory
Prior experience in fertility, womens health, or reproductive medicine - strong advantage
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with KTLs
Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Business-level fluency in Hebrew and English - written and spoken
Experience working in a matrix and global environment - preferred
